Every Hana Studio arrangement is made to order in our Vancouver studio. We deliver across the Lower Mainland six days a week and offer free in-store pickup. Here is everything you need to know before placing your order.
1. Delivery zones & fees
Delivery fees are flat per order, not per stem. Same-day availability depends on your zone and order time (see below).

2. Same-day delivery
- Order before 12:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Saturday for same-day delivery within Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, and New Westminster.
- North / West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley, Delta, and White Rock may be same-day depending on the day’s route — we will call you if we need to move the delivery to the next day.
- Abbotsford and Chilliwack are next-day only; please order at least 24 hours ahead.
- Sunday orders are delivered on the following business day.
3. Delivery windows
We deliver between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday. You can add a preferred window (for example, “after 3 PM” or “before lunch”) in the notes field at checkout and we will do our best to honour it. Specific-time delivery (for example, for a proposal or event) can be arranged for an additional fee — contact us before ordering.
4. In-store pickup
- Pickup is free from Hana Studio, Vancouver BC.
- Store hours: Monday–Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Orders are usually ready within 4 hours of checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
5. Recipient not home
If the recipient is not home and we judge it safe to do so (covered porch, concierge, reception desk), we will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot and notify both you and the recipient. If there is no safe place to leave flowers, we bring them back to the studio and contact the sender to arrange redelivery. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional delivery fee.
6. Address changes
Need to change the recipient, address, or date? Email hello@hanastudio.ca as early as possible — we can usually update anything up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Changes inside the 24-hour window are best-effort and may not be possible once the arrangement is on the van.
7. Outside the Lower Mainland
We do not currently ship flowers outside the Lower Mainland. For recipients elsewhere in Canada, we are happy to recommend partner florists — email us and we will connect you. Gift cards and workshop bookings are available nationwide.
